Hello, if you’re using a Windows based IGEL Client in a Domain it happens that mapped User Drives are lost after a few seconds, to prevent this disable in the IGEL Setup / Profile->System->Registry network.usesmbmountconfig After this setting is disabled the mapped user drives will be not removed anymore.
